Paul has been passionate about running for over 40 years. Running has provided him with many notable accomplishments, 3 time All American honors at Bates College, two time Olympic Marathon Trials qualifier and a marathon PR of 2:18:19 at the 1981 Columbus Bank One Marathon.
Running continues to play a central role in his life. Through the sport, Paul has learned how to set and achieve goals at each level throughout his career. These experiences have influenced all other aspects of his life.
